Have a bush dinner under the stars and watchful eyes of crocs

The eco-friendly Yala Village resort is a favourite place for many wildlife enthusiasts who find its wild atmosphere ideally suited to unwind after a safari. The setting is unlike any other. Stepping out of your chalet you may glimpse a wild boar and if you are lucky an elephant or may be even a leopard!
The resort truly brings nature to your doorstep.

One of the latest attractions at Yala Village is a ‘Bush Dinner,’ where the hotel arranges the area near the watering hole, which is part of the hotel property and lays out a sumptuous spread under the stars.

The area is lit with fire torches and the mood is set for the evening which starts off with cocktails, and some innovative entrees, the most appetising being kurakkan rottis topped with either prawns or lunu miris!

The barbecue in addition to its array of meats, has soups and salads, rice, noodles and pasta and for those with a sweet tooth, a number of desserts to choose from.

However, what really adds to this jungle atmosphere are the red eyes of the crocodiles in the watering hole, who keep a close eye on you!

The mix of five star cuisine with that wild atmosphere that Yala offers makes the experience a truly memorable one.
